Releasing Madness

This title refers to that bath time.  The time when you lay in the water (or let the shower hit you if you're too big to be in a bath tub) to release your stress.

This proves that I'm not dead.. I just never update DA.  Lol.  I'm horrible.  I wanted this to be out there because it's a message.  A sign.  Saying.  EVERYONE has to unwind.  So make sure you (as in the reader) do so too.
